A. We have 12 categories of aerial hoop & pole.

Q. What is the age limit?

A. You must be at least 16 years old on 10th October 2020 (except Classique category, which is 18+).

Q. What constitutes a beginners move?

A. We are using Spin City pole & hoop bibles for reference to levels of moves.

Q. Are there any compulsory moves?

A. Our only compulsory is 'at least 1 item of clothing must be removed in Classique category'. No pole/hoop moves are compulsory. Restricted moves can be found here.
